Refunds and Returns

If you find the following situation after receiving the product, you can ask for a return or a product exchange. However, all returns and replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the products:

i) Product was damaged/ The package is not intact

ii) Quality problems occured 

iii) Missing or wrongly delivered


You must provide proof of the above requirements for verification, including:
(i) Produce valid documents/evidence to prove that the product in question is purchased at; and
(ii) Take the image of the product in question and send it to us via email/instant messaging software as evidence.

Once all the above requirements have been verified, we will arrange for return and replacement of the same product within 7 days. If the product is not in stock, we can return the amount of the product from your payment gate.
